What's new in EzyPlatform 1.4.6?

This release adds an API for looking up Admin Roles by name across the Admin, Web, and Socket environments, fixes the sorting order for ID-ascending pagination classes, and updates Devtools to generate pagination code with the correct ordering.
  1. Added API to retrieve Admin Role ID by name
    AdminRoleService now provides getRoleIdByName(...) to retrieve an Admin Role ID by its role name. If no matching role exists, the method returns 0, making it easier for modules and plugins to look up roles without implementing additional queries.
  2. Extended Admin Role lookup across environments
    The new Role lookup API is available across the Admin, Web, and Socket environments, providing a consistent way to retrieve Admin Role information across EzyPlatform modules.
  3. Fixed ID-ascending pagination order
    The IdAsc...PaginationParameter classes have been corrected to use ID_ASC instead of ID_DESC. This fix applies to Admin Meta, Content Template, Data Meta, and User Meta, ensuring records are paginated in the intended ascending ID order.
  4. Updated Devtools pagination templates
    Devtools templates have been updated so newly generated ID-ascending pagination classes use ID_ASC by default, preventing generated code from incorrectly using ID_DESC.
