What's new in EzyPlatform 1.5.0?

This release focuses on standardizing Multipart Content Type handling for file upload APIs, clearly displaying accepted content types on the Dashboard, and improving consistent behavior across environments with different locale settings. EzyPlatform also upgrades EzyHTTP and fixes several issues related to search, keyboard shortcuts, and string processing.
  1. Added Accept declaration for Multipart Media APIs
Media upload and replacement APIs on Admin and Web now include the Accept: multipart/form-data declaration. This clearly defines the content type accepted by each API and enables more consistent validation of Multipart requests.
  2. Added Multipart Content Type validation
When server.multipart.require_accept=true is enabled, the system validates the Multipart request content type against the API's Accept declaration. This ensures that file upload endpoints only accept requests with appropriate Content Types.
  3. Extended Multipart requirements for Projects and Socket SSL
APIs related to Project uploads and Socket SSL configuration now also include Multipart requirements, providing more consistent file upload request handling across the platform.
  4. Displayed Accept information on API Dashboards
The Admin and Web API Dashboards now display the list of accepted content types for each API. This helps developers quickly identify the appropriate Content Type when integrating with or testing an API.
  5. Improved search keyboard shortcuts
Search shortcut handling has been improved to ignore Shift key actions while users are typing or holding the key. This prevents the search function from being triggered unintentionally during text input.
  6. Added translations for the Accept field
The Accept field in the interface now includes translations for Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, providing more consistent API information across the languages supported by EzyPlatform.
  7. Standardized lowercase conversion with Locale.ROOT
Lowercase string conversion has been standardized using Locale.ROOT across Admin, CLI, Installer, SDK Tools, Devtools, and the SDKs. This ensures that string processing results do not depend on the operating system's configured language or locale.
  8. Improved code and resource name generation
Project, Package, Repository, Pagination, and Swagger documentation name generation now behaves consistently across different system locale settings. This also helps prevent incorrect translation keys, Media names, configuration names, or source code identifiers from being generated on systems using special locale settings.
  9. Improved operating system detection
Operating system detection has been updated so that it no longer depends on the current locale, allowing EzyPlatform tools to identify the runtime environment more consistently.
  10. Fixed case-insensitive string search
Strings.indexOfTextInStringIgnoreCase(...) has been fixed to perform case-insensitive searches correctly for all combinations of uppercase and lowercase characters. Previously, some cases only worked correctly when the search text was entirely lowercase or entirely uppercase.
  11. Upgraded EzyHTTP
EzyHTTP has been upgraded from 1.6.2 to 1.6.3 to incorporate the latest improvements related to HTTP and Multipart request handling.
