SDK Tools now compares library versions numerically and recognizes common release qualifiers such as alpha, beta, rc, SNAPSHOT, and Final. The cleanup command keeps the highest version of each library and removes lower versions, including cases where alphabetical filename sorting would choose incorrectly.
